Alys Beach’ s Newest Amenity, The Silva, Now Open
We are proud to announce that The Silva, Alys Beach’ s newest amenity on the northwest side of the community, is now open. Positioned alongside the Nature Preserve and the Phase 4 GG Block of homes, The Silva expands the Alys Beach lifestyle with spaces thoughtfully designed for gathering, recreation, relaxation, dining, and year-round programming— all within the serene setting of the surrounding longleaf pine forest.
At the heart of the amenity is an enclosed pavilion that supports a dynamic calendar of events and activities throughout the year. The Silva will also introduce a dedicated kids’ camp, Camp Jane at Alys Beach, launching this summer. Camp Jane is designed to offer enriching experiences centered on play, learning, wellness, exploration, and community for the youngest members of the Alys Beach community( ages 5-12).
